WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

A complete interactive 3D website, delivered as a single self-contained HTML
file. Upload it and it is live — there is no build step, no framework and no
dependency to install. There is no account, no subscription and no expiry. The
file is yours to keep.


WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH IT

You may use the object in unlimited personal and commercial projects, for
yourself or for a client.

You may modify it in any way — change the geometry, materials, colours, labels,
motion, copy and layout, and put your own product or brand inside it.

You may publish the result on any number of websites you or your clients own,
including sites that sell things.

You do not owe attribution. You may remove any reference to its origin.


WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not resell, redistribute or give away the file itself, modified or
unmodified, as a template, asset, component, kit or download. The thing you sell
must be your own work built with this object, never the object as a product.

You may not include it in a product whose purpose is to supply assets or
templates to other people.

You may not claim to be the original author of the underlying object.

In short: build whatever you like with it, for anyone. Just do not sell it on as
the thing itself.


REFUNDS

If it does not work for you, reply to your receipt within 30 days and you will
get your money back. You do not have to explain why, and you may keep the file —
asking for it back would be theatre, since you already have it.


UPDATES

Any corrections or improvements to this object are yours at no further cost, at
the same delivery link. There is no promised schedule; this is a finished object,
not a subscription to future work.


NO WARRANTY

The object is provided as is. It has been tested in current versions of the major
browsers, but it is not warranted to be free of defects, to suit any particular
purpose, or to work in every environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
the seller is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here removes
rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
